Right(s) vs Responsibility(ies) | Ep. 96

One of the most important things for young men of God to find out, as early as possible, is their responsibility in this life that they have been given. When it’s all been said, and it’s all been done, and the race is run, we all will be held accountable for what we have done with the life our God has graciously and mercifully given to us. 

We live in an age and culture (America) where “rights” are exalted… "I have the right to speak what I want, the right to bear arms, the right to our religious exercise, the right to play all kinds of music, eat whatever I want" and so on and so forth. However, the word of God speaks contrary to that in that our “responsibilities” in this life supersede our “rights” to do as we please or personally see fit. 

From its very inception, family (marriage) has been created in God, by God, for God and the establishment of His purposes and the fulfillment of His Word in the earth. Since every man has a calling, they must come to know their calling and find a woman whose heart complements that calling of responsibility in order to help fulfill it.
